What we do with the information you share.

When you submit the asset recovery request form we collect the details you enter: organisation name, your name and role, work email address, phone number, the location of the assets, the asset categories, volume, requirement and timeframe you select, any notes you add, and any files you attach.

We also record the time of submission and technical information sent by your browser (such as IP address and user agent) for the purpose of preventing abuse of the form.

This website does not use advertising trackers. Where analytics are enabled, Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept the cookie notice, with IP anonymisation on; you can decline and the site works identically.

To respond to your enquiry, to plan an asset collection with you, and to keep a record of the engagement. We use the details you provide for that purpose only.

We do not sell your information, share it with third parties for their own marketing, or add you to a mailing list because you submitted an enquiry.

Files you attach — asset lists, exports, photographs — are sent to our enquiries inbox alongside your request. They are not published or made available to anyone outside AK Computer. If a file contains information you would prefer not to email, leave the attachment step blank and we will agree a secure route with you.

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and, where an engagement follows, for the duration of that engagement and the retention period required for our business records. You can ask us to delete an enquiry that did not lead to an engagement at any time.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to saud.softech@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable period and tell you if there is a legal reason we must retain something.

The website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, and enquiry emails are delivered through a transactional email service. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

This notice will be updated if our practices change. The current version is always the one published at this address.
